What you get
- First I help you to understand your nightmare and why it has been occurring.
- I help you to identify the hidden wisdom your nightmare holds: it has been battling to get your attention! It’s time to listen!
- Then I create an exercise (usually a visualisation) to reprogram your dreaming mind: to ease and then stop the nightmare.
- I guide you through the exercise, and ask you for feedback: how did it feel?
- I tell you how often to repeat the exercise during the coming week.
- I check in with you by email a week later, and add any fine-tuning if needed.
- PTSD nightmare? If yours is a PTSD nightmare reliving the original trauma, I help you to break the cycle and stop the dream.
You are in safe, expert hands: I have been consulting professionally as a dream analyst and dream therapist for 33 years.
What you can expect
- The nightmare will probably stop, never to return. Alternatively it may present in a softer, more eased form for a short time before stopping completely.
- You may have a dream that starts like the nightmare but has a positive, powerfully-uplifting ending. This reflects the deep inner changes that have occurred.
- As well as your nightmare stopping, you will notice positive changes in your life. A shift, a new understanding, new lightness, solutions to problems.
- You will start to experience refreshing sleep and wake up feeling revitalised and energised for your day.

- You are most welcome to record our conversation for your personal use only. People say ‘things hit even deeper’ when they listen to the recording.
