You might choose Dream Therapy because you have a specific issue you’d like to address, resolve, or heal, or you might simply be excited to begin a deeper inner journey, to tune in and tune up, and prepare for your next steps in life. Over ten weeks you and I go gently and deliberately into your inner world, using your unique dreams as our guide.

 

 

What is Dream Therapy?

Dream Therapy is a deeply rewarding form of psychotherapy where each session is guided by the dream you bring that day and your intentions for working with me.

Each week, you and I use your dream as a doorway into your inner world, exploring the unconscious beliefs, feelings, memories, and patterns that are quietly shaping your life today. I help you to see these patterns clearly, and then to transform them, releasing what no longer serves you, and nurturing what does. Every session is unique. I’m here for you for the long arc of your growth.

 

What the program includes

Ten 60-minute sessions by Zoom. One per week for ten weeks.

Each session, we begin by reviewing how you’ve been going since we last met: your reflections, any shifts you’ve noticed, and the ‘glimmers of gold’ appearing in your waking life. Then we move into the dream you’ve chosen to explore that day, using it as an avenue for deeper understanding and healing.

Between every session, you receive:

  • A unique Dream Alchemy practice: a unique and personalised transformative exercise I create specifically for you, based on what emerged in our session.
  • One or two reflective questions to sit with before we meet again.

These between-session practices are powerful aspects of Dream Therapy. They keep the work alive in your daily life.

Every session, if you’d like:

  • An audio recording of our time together
  • A written summary of the key insights

That works out to AUD $450 per week for highly personalised, expert-guided therapeutic work with between-session support that continues the healing in your everyday life.
