Payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). You can use this calculator to check prices in your currency.

You can pay by PayPal, credit card, or debit card.
Your Bank or PayPal will complete the transaction using your currency.

 

Consultations by Zoom or Phone

Upon purchase of your consultation you will receive a link to Jane Teresa’s online booking calendar so you can book a day and time for your session.

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL/REBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
You can cancel and rebook up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by clicking the ‘Change/Cancel Appointment’ button at the bottom of your Booking Confirmation Email.

IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you miss your appointment, your fee is non-refundable. You will need to pay in full for another session before rebooking.

 

eBooks

Your eBook or eBooks will be emailed to you as a download link immediately upon payment by PayPal or credit card. If you don’t see your purchase (your invoice with your download link) in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

 

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the items and your location. Please check the item description for specific shipping times. If you have ordered an item and believe you should have received it by now, please contact me.

 

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds are only available for physical items and not virtual products.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs
are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
